• The accommodation package covers 3 nights. The full package price will apply even for shorter stays. The package cannot be split.

TRANSFER: €300 (One-way Airport–Hotel or Hotel–Airport)

This transfer fee applies to group airport-hotel-airport transfers taking place on 26 September (arrival) and 27 September (departure). For private transfers or requests outside these dates, please contact NETMICE directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Until 10 June 2025: Full refund.
• Between 10 June – 17 September 2025: 50% refund.
• After 17 September 2025: No refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing agency. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

In the event the meeting is postponed to 2026 or another year, or switched to a virtual format due to Covid-19 or another global pandemic, the total amount paid by the company will be deducted from the updated sponsorship fee of the rescheduled meeting. If the company cancels its participation, the cancellation terms valid on that date will apply.
